Get Back into Your Skinny Jeans – Drop One Size Fast

The stress and anxiety of every day life can add to packed on weight.  Nervous eating or eating on the go can really add up in calories.  The extra weight shows up on your thighs and waist.  If your jeans are getting a little too snug for comfort or if you no longer fit into your skinny jeans, it’s time to do something about your weight now!

Follow these four easy tips and you’ll be back in your skinny jeans fast!

  • Water - Hydration is critical.  Not only does water create a full feeling in the stomach but water also makes your skin look better and can even help clear up acne.  Be sure to drink 8 full glasses of water every day, no excuses!  This may seem like a lot of water but drinking a lot of water is an easy habit to pick up if you break it up through out the day.Drink a large glass when you get up in the morning, before you brush your teeth.  Before each meal or snack drink a full glass of water. Try to always have a bottle of water on you and you’ll be surprised to see just how much water you can drink throughout the day.  A little sip here and a little sip there all add up.
  • Start Walking Daily – Walk a minimum of 15 minutes every day.  Walking is a great way to sneak in exercise and walking only 15 minutes a day is doable for ANYONE!  Walking will boost your metabolism and keep you active.  You an increase your walking times if you feel like it but don’t over do it when you are just starting out, you don’t want to burn out.
  • Eat What You Want in Small Portions within reason!  Don’t starve yourself, starving yourself to loose weight will backfire, eventually you’ll get so hungry there won’t be any holding you back.  Try and eat 6 small meals a day.  Having a small meal every 3-4 hours is ideal.  Keep portions no larger than the palm of your hand.  Make sure your  meals are balanced and include veggies.
  • Reward yourself.  If you have stuck to the plan all week then take one day off to eat whatever you want (within reason).  You still need to drink your water and go for your walk but you can eat whatever you want..

These simple techniques will help you drop a jean size fast, safely, and you won’t feel like you are being deprived.  You have more energy and your skin will be gorgeous from all the water you’ve drank.  Stay on track and you will be amazed with the results and your skinny jeans will slide on with ease.  Eat healthy, small protions, drink plenty of water and as you progress, simply imagine your jeans going up over your hips and actually being able to button and zip with ease.
